Your Trout Smoked and Returned
For over 60 years, we have perfected the art of smoking trout. Our service offers traditional dry-curing and cold oak smoking, ensuring a rich, distinctive flavour. You will receive your own fish, prepared to a professional standard.
For a reasonable fee, we can smoke your own caught trout, leaving you free to enjoy it however you wish – perhaps turning it into pâté, or slicing it yourself to create canapés served with pepper and lemon.
We also offer a convenient after-hours drop-off and collection service. Please call the butcher’s shop for more details.
